This work exists to support in the path of living in right relation with self, others, one’s own creative capacity, and all of life.

More expressed.
More embodied.
More fully alive.

  • I came to this work as a student, and I stay in it as a devotee.

Through my own life and through witnessing so many others, I’ve seen how easy it is to move through the world appearing functional while quietly disconnected from ourselves.

    Disconnected from our bodies.
    Our relationships.
    Our creativity.
    Our grief.
    Our truth.
Our sense of meaning and aliveness.

I believe our work as human beings is not to perfect ourselves, but to come into more honest relationship with the inner and outer ecosystems of our lives.

It is an honor to walk alongside others in that process. My intention is to offer spaces that are grounded, relational, psychologically informed, and deeply human while remaining rooted in humility, curiosity, embodiment, and care.

  • My work weaves together one-on-one containers, retreats, relational inquiry, emotional and somatic integration, creativity practices, and long-term support structures designed to honor the layered and deeply human nature of transformation.

I approach healing and growth as relational, embodied, and ongoing processes rather than quick fixes or isolated breakthroughs.

    • Private One-on-One Containers
    • Retreats & Group Spaces
    • Integrative Frameworks
    • Emotional & Somatic Integration
    • Long-Term Support & Mentorship

  • I work with emotionally aware, creatively inclined, and deeply feeling humans seeking more meaningful, relationally connected, and embodied ways of living.

Many of the people drawn to this work are navigating seasons of transition, emotional overwhelm, creative stagnation, relational challenges, identity shifts, grief, burnout, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves and their most alive ways of being.

This work is especially resonant for those who:
    • feel deeply but struggle to fully express or trust themselves
    • long for greater emotional clarity and self-understanding
    • are interested in integrating spirituality with grounded psychological work
    • are navigating creative blocks or questions of purpose and meaning
    • want support that honors both emotional depth and practical embodiment
    • are seeking relational healing, nervous system support, and more authentic ways of living

I welcome individuals from all walks of life and approach this work with humility, curiosity, compassion, and care.

  • My work is integrative by nature and continues to evolve through ongoing study, practice, facilitation, and lived experience.

The approaches and areas of inquiry woven throughout my work include:

Integrative Psychology • Psychosomatics • Parts Work • Relational Inquiry • Nervous System Awareness • Existential Psychology • Creative Expression • Mindfulness & Meditation • Embodiment Practices • Spiritual & Meaning-Oriented Inquiry

While these frameworks inform the work, I believe healing and transformation are ultimately relational, experiential, and deeply personal processes that cannot be reduced to any single modality or philosophy.

  • My retreat work creates intentional spaces for slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to the deeper rhythms of the body, psyche, creativity, and relational life.

Through carefully curated immersive experiences, I weave together meditation, movement, psychosomatic inquiry, creative practices, relational reflection, nervous system awareness, music, and rest to support meaningful integration and embodied transformation.

These spaces are designed not as escapes from life, but as opportunities to more fully return to it.

I approach retreats with deep reverence for the complexity of being human and the profound healing that can emerge through intentional community, presence, creativity, nature, and honest self-inquiry.

Each immersion carries its own unique rhythm and intention, while remaining rooted in the same core values that guide all of my work:
embodiment, relationality, authenticity, emotional depth, creativity, humility, and care.

Harmony has helped me soooo much with my voice and my relationship to money. I didn’t even realize it was a big problem until I caught the loop through being witnessed by her. I’ve been bearing witness to my natural patterns, changing them and forming better habits for myself. I owe a lot of credit to who I am now because of Harmony so thank you. - for your service to this world. It is so greatly felt and seen and now it’s being worked through people too. I love you and all that you do!

Through the exquisite presence Harmony has offered me, I’ve discovered new facets of my creative channel and opened myself to be witnessed in the tender realms of my creative prayer. It’s rare that I feel safe enough to share my heart’s inner workings with anyone, but Harmony celebrates, praises, and encourages, what emerges from my vessel every single time.
